- 01 Material and grade Product name, Sn/W/Cu/Sb grade, moisture and known impurities.
- 02 Quantity and location Available tonnage, where the cargo sits now, and stock status.
- 03 Evidence Photos or video of the lot, assay sheets or third-party test reports.
- 04 Delivery terms Acceptable Incoterms (FCA / FOB / CIF), loading point and target timing.
- 05 Documents Cargo title, mining or export permits, and company registration.
